Custom CRM and ERP in Tunisia

When bending an off-the-shelf suite costs more than writing one.

Business modules developed to order, grafted onto an existing core or written end to end. Sales, stock, field service, dashboards.

The point where bending a suite costs more than writing one

An off-the-shelf solution configures up to a point. Past that point, every adaptation becomes an in-house module grafted onto a core that still needs upgrading, and maintenance climbs faster than the value added.

The most reliable signal comes from the floor: users opening a spreadsheet next to the tool to finish their work. That spreadsheet describes exactly what is missing, and it serves as the first specification.

Deliver in increments, not in one drop

A business system delivered whole after ten months always lands beside the target, because the company moved in the meantime. We cut it into usable modules: sales first, stock next, dashboards last.

Every increment goes to production and gets used. Feedback from real work corrects the next increment, which costs far less than reworking everything at final acceptance.

What belongs to you at the end

Source code, database, technical documentation and hosting accounts. No exceptions and no surcharge.

We also leave the deployment scripts and a test dataset, so any developer can pick the project up without us.

Pricing is handled subject by subject, with a short form and a written answer: Quote for a custom CRM. And to judge on evidence, we show what we run ourselves: our four in-house products.

Common questions about custom CRM builds

How long until a first usable module?

On a tight scope, a few weeks. The limiting factor is the availability of the person who knows the business on your side: without them the spec stays theoretical and the module misses.

Can we start from an existing tool rather than from scratch?

Often yes, and it costs less. Grafting modules onto a proven core avoids rewriting accounting, permissions and authentication. We build from zero only what exists nowhere.

What happens to the tool if we stop working together?

It keeps running: you hold the code, the database and the documentation. We provide a written handover to whoever takes over. It is in the contract, not negotiated at the end.
