Publisher and operator
The site published at devmix.tn is edited and operated by MapWay Tunisie, a startup holding the Startup Act label, with its office in Tunisia at the address given below.
Editorial responsibility for publication rests with the management of MapWay Tunisie.

History of the domain name
The domain name devmix.tn was previously held by a separate registrant, with no shareholding or contractual link to MapWay Tunisie. That registrant published presentation pages, articles and project references there until it stopped operating online.
Those earlier works are not attributable to the current operator. MapWay Tunisie claims none of the projects, deliverables or client references published by the previous registrant, accepts neither authorship nor liability for them, and warrants neither their accuracy nor their currency.
The only work MapWay Tunisie presents as its own is the work published under the site’s current signature. Any page archived elsewhere on the web that credits devmix.tn with work predating the transfer belongs to the earlier operation.

Hosting
The site is a set of static pages served by a professional hosting provider. That provider’s name and address appear in the list of pending details below and will be published here without waiting for the next redesign.
