CRM quote
A CRM is useless if the sales team never fills it. Configuration matters as much as the tool.

Order of magnitude
As an order of magnitude, a CRM configured for a team of five to fifteen sales people sits between 6,000 and 18,000 dinars. This is not a quote.
What moves the price of a CRM
The number of sales people matters less than the number of stages in your sales cycle. At five steps, standard configuration is enough. Past twelve, it takes development, because no off the shelf tool follows that kind of funnel without being pushed.
Migrating the customer file is the second line, especially when it lives in several Excel workbooks with duplicates. We deduplicate, normalise phone numbers, then import into a test environment before touching production.
Wiring the mailbox and the invoicing is priced separately, module by module. Every connection needs credentials, a test environment and error recovery for the day the other service stops answering.
One last factor, less technical: who will actually fill the CRM. If the sales team was not involved in the configuration, the tool fills up for three weeks and then empties, and the budget is gone.
What we need to know
- 01 How many sales people
- 02 Do you track quotes, subscriptions, or both
- 03 Should it connect to email
From your customer file to a figure
- Send an export of your customer file, messy is fine: several workbooks, duplicates, numbers without a country code, all of it is usable.
- We count the stages of your sales cycle with a sales person, not only with management. That person is the one who will fill the tool.
- The costed document goes out within two business days: configuration, deduplication, import, mailbox connection.
- It is worth thirty days. Third party subscriptions change when their vendors decide, and they sit on a separate line.
What we will not do on a CRM
We do not price a CRM without seeing the export of the customer file. The number of duplicates and the state of the phone numbers decide half of the import work.
We do not sell a seat per employee when five sales people are enough. Licences are paid every month, and a team of twenty accounts where twelve never log in costs twice: in subscription, and in data too patchy to decide anything on.
