Common questions about ERP software
Do we need an ERP with ten people?
Not always, and we say so plainly. Below a certain document volume, decent invoicing software plus entry discipline is enough. The suite earns its place when several people key the same data into different files.
Can we keep our payroll software?
Yes. Payroll is often the most specific and most sensitive module. We prefer connecting what exists rather than forcing a payroll change at the same moment as everything else.
How long before the team settles in?
Expect a few genuinely uncomfortable weeks after cutover, whatever tool you pick. What shortens it: training on your own data and keeping one internal person as the reference.
