Who is the data controller

The data controller is MapWay Tunisie, operator of devmix.tn. Any question about data can be sent to the email address given in the footer, or by post to the Tunis office.

What this site does not do

The list below is verifiable: open your browser network tab on any page of this site, and the only possible outgoing request is the audience measurement described further down.

• No cookie is set, neither for measurement, nor for advertising, nor for an interface preference.
• No advertising tracker, no social network pixel, no share button pulling a third-party script.
• Fonts are hosted on our own domain. No request goes to Google Fonts or to any other font provider.
• No third-party video or map is embedded in an iframe.
• No profiling, no automated decision making, no resale of data.
• Since nothing is stored on your device beyond what display strictly requires, no consent banner is needed, and you will not see one.

Audience measurement

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics, supplied by Ahrefs Pte. Ltd. acting as processor. The script sets no cookie, reads no persistent identifier and builds no individual profile. It reports the page viewed, the referring site, an approximate screen size and the country, in aggregate form.

None of that identifies you, and we cross-reference it with no other source. The script loads in production only: development traffic never reaches the statistics.

The purpose is plain: knowing which pages get read and which sources bring traffic, so we can decide what to write next.

Contact form

The form on the contact page is a plain HTML submission, with no JavaScript. It is handled by Formspark, which receives the message and forwards it to us by email, acting as processor. The data therefore passes through that provider’s servers, located outside Tunisia.

The fields collected are the ones you fill in: name, company if you give it, email address, phone number if you give it, subject, indicative budget and message. One invisible trap field exists only to filter automated submissions.

The basis for this processing is your request itself: without those details we cannot answer it. Messages are kept twelve months after the last exchange, then deleted from our mailbox and from the Formspark dashboard. A signed quote instead follows accounting retention periods.

The form is live. If you would rather not hand anything to a third-party provider, the phone number, WhatsApp and email address are on the same page and reach us directly.

Map on the contact page

The contact page shows a TMaps view, the mapping product of MapWay Tunisie, which operates this site. Tiles are served from tiles.tmaps.tn, on our own servers: no third party outside the group is involved.

The map does not load when the page opens. It waits until the block approaches your screen, then fetches the style sheet and the tiles it needs. If you never scroll that far, no mapping request is ever made.

That load sends tiles.tmaps.tn what any web request sends: your IP address, the map area being displayed and your browser’s technical characteristics. No cookie is set, no advertising identifier is used, and nothing is cross-referenced with the contact form.

The CSS drawing stays in place as a fallback: if JavaScript is refused or the map fails, it takes over with no network request at all. The directions link only sends a request if you click it, and you then leave this site.

Server logs

Like any site reachable online, this one is served by a hosting provider that keeps technical connection logs, for security and fault diagnosis. We do not use them for statistics or for commercial purposes. The provider is named in the legal notice.

Your rights

Protection of personal data in Tunisia is governed by organic law no. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004. You have a right of access to the data concerning you, a right of rectification and a right of erasure.

Write to the email address given in the footer, stating what you are asking for. We answer within thirty days. If the answer does not satisfy you, the national authority for the protection of personal data can be petitioned.

Revisions to this text

Any change to the site that alters what is described here, switching the map on or adding a tool for instance, triggers an update of this page on the same day as the release. The revision date sits at the top of the page.
