Hours included, and carried over
Each retainer includes an hours quota for small changes: editing copy, adding a page, fixing a form. Unused hours roll into the next month, within a limit set in the contract.
What the retainer does not cover is stated upfront: redesigns, new modules, migrations. A surprise invoice damages the relationship more than a clear quote ever does.

Is the retainer compulsory after a project?
No. You can take everything in house, and we hand over the credentials and documentation for exactly that. The retainer exists for teams without a technical profile available.
What happens if the site goes down?
The alert fires automatically and we respond within the contracted window. If the cause is content or a plugin, we restore from the last verified backup.
Do you maintain sites you did not build?
Yes, after a quick audit. Some sites arrive in a state where maintenance costs more than a rebuild, and we say so before signing rather than three months in.
