Order of magnitude
As an order of magnitude, an integration for an SME of ten to fifty seats sits between 15,000 and 45,000 dinars, licences excluded. This is not a quote.
What moves the price of an ERP
The number of modules you open decides half the budget. Accounting and invoicing alone: a few weeks. Add multi warehouse stock, purchasing, production and payroll, and the project changes scale, because every module brings its own rules and its own users to train.
Data migration often weighs more than the configuration itself. A customer file with duplicates, incomplete tax numbers and four spellings of the same address gets cleaned before it is imported. That cleaning is counted in days, and it belongs in the schedule from day one.
Your exceptions cost money, one by one. A negotiated price per customer, a discount that depends on annual volume, an invoice that must come out in the format imposed by a large buyer: each one is configured, or built.
Last point, and it cannot be bought: the time your teams can give to testing. That is almost always the limiting factor, ahead of technology and ahead of budget.
What we need to know
- 01 Which modules you are missing today
- 02 What tool are you on right now
- 03 How many seats to equip
See the data migration before pricing
- Send an export from the tool you use today, or failing that a sample of your item file and your customer file.
- We count rows, duplicates and empty fields, then list the modules genuinely useful in the first year.
- The written estimate arrives within two business days: configuration, data migration, training per department, licences stated separately.
- Thirty days of validity on our side. Vendor pricing follows its own calendar, which is outside our control.
What we will not price blind
We do not give an ERP price without seeing the data migration. Until somebody has opened the item file, the number is a guess, and that line is the one that overruns, every time.
We do not bury licences inside the package. They are listed one by one, with their annual renewal, because an ERP budget is judged over three years and not on the opening invoice.
