Mobile app quote
Before pricing, we check that an app is genuinely justified. A mobile site is often enough.

Order of magnitude
As an order of magnitude, a cross platform app with user accounts and a server sits between 10,000 and 45,000 dinars, publishing included. This is not a quote.
What moves the price of a mobile app
First question, before price: is an app justified at all. If the user opens the service once a quarter, a well built mobile site does the job for a third of the budget, and we will tell you so.
Then, offline. An app that reads data online stays simple. An app that must work with no network, store locally and sync later, with conflicts to arbitrate, costs considerably more. That is the point that doubles budgets.
The two stores matter too. A shared base in React Native or Flutter covers Android and iOS, but publishing stays double: an Apple developer account at ninety nine dollars a year, manual review, screenshots for every screen size.
Last, what lives behind it: notifications, payment, maps, a link to your management system. Each of those blocks is priced separately, and two of them are enough to move the range.
What we need to know
- 01 How often will a user open the app
- 02 Is offline access needed
- 03 Android only, or Android and iOS
Check that an app is justified
- Tell us how often a user would open the app, and what that user would do on a day with no network.
- We answer the app question with a yes or a no first, before any talk of money.
- If it holds up, the costed answer follows within two business days: one line per screen, one for the server, one for publishing.
- It stands thirty days. Store fees are set by Apple and by Google, and we pass them on with no margin.
What we will not do for a mobile app
We do not build an app when a mobile site does the job. A service opened once a quarter does not survive on a phone: the icon goes at the first storage cleanup.
We promise neither an App Store approval date nor a place in the store charts. Apple review is manual, it sometimes rejects twice, and no agency carries any weight on that calendar.
